Yin and Zen Yoga Workshop

Need to relax and restore? Learn techniques to stretch the deep tissues of the body and settle the mind during 3 Sunday sessions of slow yin yoga followed by guided meditations. Each week's class is 90 minutes, and the total cost is $95. Blankets, mats, and blocks are provided. Held over 3 Sundays in September: 1, 8 & 15.
